1. Service Model and Chauffeur Policy

Caradise Ghana operates exclusively as a chauffeur-driven service provider. We do not offer self-drive rentals to ensure maximum safety and professional navigation for our clients. All vehicles are operated by professionally trained drivers licensed by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA).

2. All-Inclusive Pricing and Payments

  • Rate Structure: Our daily rates are all-inclusive, covering the vehicle, professional driver, fuel, free in-vehicle Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning. There are no hidden fuel surcharges.

  • Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Methods: We accept Ghana Cedi and US Dollars via bank transfer, Mobile Money (MTN), and secure card payment links for debit/credit cards.

3. Insurance and Liability

  • Comprehensive Coverage: All rentals include Comprehensive Insurance coverage. This provides extensive protection against loss or damage to the insured vehicle (including fire, theft, and accidental collision), as well as legal liability for third-party bodily injury, death, and property damage.

  • Statutory Compliance: Our coverage meets and exceeds the requirements of the Motor Vehicles (Third Party Insurance) Act, 1958 (Act 42).

  • Liability Allocation: Caradise Ghana assumes liability for road compliance and traffic fines incurred by the professional driver. The renter is liable for any damage to the vehicle interior or exterior caused by the passenger’s specific actions, luggage, or conduct.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reserved date may result in a partial or no refund at the discretion of management.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to seek resolution via mediation or arbitration in Accra under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798) before proceeding to court.
